Campaigns let you run structured idea challenges within your workspace. Collect submissions from team members, let AI score and rank them, and shortlist the best ideas for further development.
What is a Campaign?
A campaign is a focused idea-collection exercise with:
A specific theme or challenge (e.g., "How can we improve onboarding?")
A submission period
AI-powered scoring of submissions
Shortlisting and selection tools
Think of it as an internal innovation challenge powered by AI evaluation.
Creating a Campaign
1. Navigate to Campaigns in your workspace
2. Click Create Campaign
3. Define the challenge: title, description, and evaluation criteria
4. Set the submission window (start and end dates)
5. Invite workspace members to participate
How AI Scoring Works
When ideas are submitted to a campaign, AI evaluates each one against the campaign criteria. Scoring considers:
Relevance -- How well the idea addresses the campaign challenge
Feasibility -- Practical viability of the idea
Impact -- Potential value if implemented
Originality -- Novelty compared to other submissions
Shortlisting
After the submission period:
1. Review AI-scored submissions ranked by score
2. Select top ideas to shortlist
3. Shortlisted ideas can be moved to workspaces for further development
4. Use the Campaign Advisor for deeper analysis (Team plan)
