Connect Plurigen to Your AI Agent (MCP)
Connect Plurigen to Your AI Agent (MCP)
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets you connect Plurigen directly into your AI agent, so you can capture, search, and develop ideas without leaving your workflow. Point a client like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex at your Plurigen MCP server, authenticate with a token, and your agent can reach your portfolio, scores, and accumulated research on demand.
Your agent already has the model. What it does not have is your state: every idea you have captured, how the scores moved, and what the research found. MCP delivers exactly that.
Why connect
Capture in flow. Mid-build or mid-chat, tell your agent "save this to Plurigen" and it captures the idea with full context. Plurigen's automatic AI processing takes it from there.
Query your portfolio. Ask "what is my highest-scoring idea?" or "what changed this week?" and your agent searches by meaning, reads scores and research, and pulls the brief into whatever you are working on.
Evaluate and build. Run the heavy machinery from the agent: enrich a new idea, rescore after new evidence, generate a document, or export a build kit and scaffold it in place.
Before you start: create a token
1. Open Account then MCP & API Tokens (at /account?tab=mcp).
2. Click Create token, name it (for example "Claude Code laptop"), and choose scopes: Read, Write, and AI actions.
3. Copy the token once.
