Workspaces let you collaborate on ideas with other people. Share ideas, run AI tools together, and build on each other's thinking in a shared environment.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a shared space where multiple people can:
View and contribute ideas
Run AI analysis on shared ideas
Comment and brainstorm together
Access shared research and documents
Each workspace has its own idea collection, separate from your personal ideas.
Creating a Workspace
1. Click Workspaces in the sidebar
2. Click Create Workspace
3. Name your workspace and add a description
4. Invite members by email
Sharing Ideas
You can move or copy ideas between your personal collection and a workspace:
Move -- Transfers the idea (and all its AI data) to the workspace
Copy -- Creates a duplicate in the workspace while keeping the original in your personal collection
